Bakrid 2020 How to Make Simple and Unique Egg Halwa or Ande Ka Halwa Recipe

Ingredients for making egg pudding-

Eggs – 6-7
Milk – 100 ml
Saffron (to add color to milk)
Sugar – 4-5 tbsp
cardamom powder
Khoya (half cup)
Salt – a pinch
Ghee – 6-7 tablespoons
Chopped mawa (half cup)
Almonds, pistachios, cashews (7-8 chopped)


Break eggs into a mixer. Now add milk, sugar, salt, saffron (mixed in milk), cardamom and prepare a paste of the mixture.
Now heat a pan and add ghee to it.
Now add the egg-milk mixer and cook on low heat.
Cook this mixture on low heat, otherwise the egg will cook quickly and the pudding will spoil.
When the mixture becomes thick, add khoya and dry fruits to it and mix well.
Your egg pudding is ready.

Cooking Tips

You can also use food color instead of saffron.
You can also add dry fruits to the halwa while blending instead of mixing the last one.
Stir the mixture continuously, so that the mixture does not stick to the pan.
