-Green Green Chilli-8
– Boiled and mashed potatoes – 2
-Besan – 1 cup
– celery – 1 teaspoon
– Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
-Garam masala powder- 1/2 teaspoon
– Chat masala powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Mango powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
– Chat masala powder (for garnishing) – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Method of preparation
Wash the dumplings with a long cut in the center and remove all the seeds. Mix gram flour, red chili powder, celery and salt in a large pot. Prepare gram flour round by adding water as required. Add mashed potato, red chili powder, cumin, garam masala, chaat masala, mango powder, black salt, green chilli and coriander leaves in another vessel and mix well. Now fill this potato-filled mixture inside all the peppers. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, then dip the potato filled chili in the gram flour solution and then pour it in the hot oil. Fry the chillies until crisp on both sides. Fry all chili bada like that. Serve hot with green chutney.
