-2 tsp crushed coriander
-1 tsp oil
-1/2 tsp asafoetida
-3 tsp gram flour
-1 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
-1 tsp black salt
-1 1/2 tsp chaat masala
-1/2 tsp garam masala
-2-3 medium onions, sliced
-2-3 Green Chillies
-2 boiled potatoes

For flour
-200 gram flour
-1/2 tsp carom seeds
-Custom salt
-5-6 tsp oil

How to make Onion Kachori
To make onion kachori, first take a pan, add oil, coriander and asafoetida and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Now add gram flour, Kashmiri red chilli powder, black salt, chaat masala and garam masala and fry it for a few minutes.

Now add chopped onion, salt and green chillies and cook till the onion becomes soft and then add the potatoes and mix everything well. Now keep this mixture aside to cool down. To make the dough, make a soft dough with the help of maida, celery, salt and oil. Now cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it for 1/2 hour.

Now make balls of equal size, fill onion and potato mixture in them and roll the kachori with your hands. While making the kachori, take care to keep the dough a little thick so that the mixture does not spread while frying. Fry the raw kachoris on medium flame for 10-12 minutes till they turn golden brown. Now serve the kachori with tamarind chutney.
