If you are looking for a light low-carb dish, you should definitely try this pork steak with zucchini. Low-carb can go that fast and easy.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 200 g courgette
  • 100 g corn (tin)
  • 150 g pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt, pepper
  • some chili

Per serving about:

  • 320 kcal
  • 11 g fat
  • 16 g carbohydrates
  • 40 g protein

Here’s how it’s done:


  1. Wash and clean the zucchini and cut them into sticks. Drain the corn well in a sieve.
  2. Heat a coated pan and fry the pork steak in hot oil for about 4 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
  3. Add the zucchini to the cooking fat and fry for 3 minutes. Add corn and fry for 2 more minutes. Season to taste with salt and chilli. Arrange the pork steak on the vegetables.
