Easy way to make cauliflower casserole
To make cabbage casserole, first wash the rice and soak it in water and keep it aside. After this, put one big spoon of oil in the pressure cooker and heat it. Add cumin, black pepper, large cardamom, whole red chilli and cinnamon and onion in oil and fry it lightly. Fry the pieces of cabbage along with the onions.
After this, add tomatoes and fry it, after a while add red chili powder, salt, turmeric and garam masala in the cooker and fry it well. Now add water according to the requirement with the soaked rice and mix it well. If you wish, you can also add a spoon of desi to increase the taste of casserole at this time. After this, put the lid of the pressure cooker and turn off the gas after two whistles. Open the lid of the cooker after 5 minutes. Your cabbage casserole is ready. Serve it with Bathuay Raita.
