Ingredients for making rice flour pudding-
– Rice flour – 1 cup
-Brown sugar- A cup
-Water- As per need
Cardamom powder – half a teaspoon
– Khoya Roasted – 100 grams
– Dry fruits – As per need
Desi Ghee – A small bowl
Method of making rice flour pudding-
To make rice flour pudding, first put a bowl of desi ghee in it and put a pan on the gas. When the ghee melts, add rice flour to it and roast it well while stirring for about five minutes. During this time keep the flame on medium heat. After roasting the flour, mix brown sugar in it and keep stirring so that there are no lumps in the flour. When dry, check the consistency of the halwa by adding hot water as per the need. Now mix roasted khoya and cardamom powder in the halwa and stir. After this, mix all the dry fruits after two to three minutes. Your tasty pudding is ready to be served.
