Brown Derby French Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) olive oil
- 1 cup (250 ml) vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 Tbs (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp (5 ml) dry English mustard
- 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
- 1 clove garlic, finely choppedSalt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large glass jar and shake to combine. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator. Makes about 3 cups (750 ml).Return to Index of Recipes
