Ingredients
4 eggs (beaten lightly)
4 Tablespoons milk
2 Teaspoons salt
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the first three ingredients. Add enough sifted all purpose flour (about 4 cups) to make stiff dough
Step 2
Roll very thin on a floured surface.
Step 3
Roll up loosely and slice 1/4 inch wide.
Step 4
Unroll, and break into pieces that are about two inches long. Drop into boiling broth and cook uncovered until tender.
