Ingredients
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Tablespoon flour
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 Cup dark corn syrup
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon melted butter
1 Cup pecan halves
Instructions
Step 1
Mix together dry ingredients. Combine with syrup and eggs and beat. Add vanilla and butter
Step 2
Pour into an unbaked 9” inch pie shell and cover with pecans. Bake 300’ F. for 1 hour or until filling is set
Step 3
Once filling is firm turn oven temperature up till crust is a golden brown. Be sure to watch carefully or it may burn.
