Ingredients

  • 3 Egg whites (beaten stiff)
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 3/4 Cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Cup nuts
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 Pint whipping cream

Instructions

Step 1

  • Combine sugar gradually with beaten egg whites.  Mix graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, nuts and vanilla.

Step 2

  •  Fold into egg whites and place mixture in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.  

Step 3

  • Top with whipping cream and let stand 5 hours.
