Combine Zucchini and chicken broth in Dutch oven: bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Spoon mixture in container of electric blender, process until smooth. Melt butter in Dutch oven over low heat; add flour and stir until smooth. Cook 1 minute stirring constantly add milk; cook 1 minute; stirring constantly: gradually add zucchini mixture, salt and remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Chill.Yield is 2 quarts.
