Butternut Pie
Ingredients
- 3 Egg whites (beaten stiff)
- 1 Cup sugar
- 3/4 Cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Cup nuts
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 Pint whipping cream
Instructions
Step 1
- Combine sugar gradually with beaten egg whites. Mix graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, nuts and vanilla.
Step 2
-  Fold into egg whites and place mixture in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Â
Step 3
- Top with whipping cream and let stand 5 hours.Â
