Amazing Coconut Pie
Ingredients
Mix:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup flour
Add:
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 Cup Coconut
- 1/4 Cup melted butter
- 1 Cup milk
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1
- Mix well. Grease 9 inch pie pan.
Step 2
- Pour ingredients into pan and bake at 375 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes. Makes own crust.
