Poppy Seed Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 Cup oil
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1/2 Cup pineapple juice
- 1 Package instant lemon pudding mix
- 5 Eggs
Mix and add:
- 2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 Teaspoon almond flavoring
Instructions
Step 1
- Grease Bundt pan with oil (only) good. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Step 2
- Coat pan and tube using all the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Pour cake in Bundt pan and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 3
- Leave only 2 minutes and turn over on rack. Cake will come out easily
