Reuben Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 Loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 Cup thousand island dressing
- 1 8 oz. Can sauerkraut, drained
- 6 oz. Corned beef, cut up
- 1/4 Lb. Sliced Swiss Cheese
Instructions
Step 1
- Grease cookie sheet. Flatten dough out on sheet to twice its width.
Step 2
- Layer dressing, sauerkraut, corned beef and Swiss cheese down in the middle of the dough
Step 3
- Slit dough at 1” inch intervals on both sides and fold over filling.
Step 4
- Brush with milk or egg whites bake at 350’ F. 20 to 25 minutes.
