Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 Cup flour
• 1/2 Teaspoon salt
• 1/8 Teaspoon chili powder
• 1/8 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4 Teaspoon paprika

Instructions

Step 1

• 2 Cups milk

Step 2

• Cook and stir until sauce thickens and bubbles.  Blend in 6 ounces sharp process American cheese.

Step 3

• (1 1/2 cups shredded)  and hot sauce.  Bake enchilada's for 25 minutes.
