Ingredients

• 2 Eggs
• 1 1/2 Cups sugar
• 1 Stick melted butter
• 1 Tablespoon flour
• 1 Tablespoon corn meal
• 1 Small can crushed pineapple
• 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

• Mix thoroughly.  Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  Check after 30 minutes.
