Lemon Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Lemon Cake Mix
- 2/3 Cup Wesson Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Package powdered sugar
- 1/2 Cup lemon juice This is a very moist good cake
Instructions
Step 1
- Mix oil, eggs, and usual amount of water into cake mix. Bake as usual in loaf pan
Step 2
- When done combine powdered sugar and lemon juice and spread on top of cake
Step 3
- Punch holes in cake with toothpick and let frosting run down into cake.
