Harvey Wallbanger Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Package Orange Cake Mix
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1/2 Cup orange juice
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup cooking oil
- 1/2 Cup Galliano
- 2 tablespoon vodka
Instructions
Step 1
- In large mixing bowl combine cake mix and pudding mix. Add eggs, oil, and orange juice
Step 2
- Galliano and vodka. Beat on low speed 1/2 minute. Beat on medium speed 5 minutes scraping bowl frequently.
Step 3
- Pour into greased and floured 10 inch fluted tube pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or pour into greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans.
Step 4
- Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove and pour on glaze while cake is still warm.
