There are many ways to make Arabic, but today we are telling you the recipe for making Arabic with curd. Come, let’s know the recipe-

material
Arbi – 250 grams ‘thick curd – 1 cup’ celery – 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1-1 / 2 tsp ‘Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil – As required
Water – 1 cup

Method :
Clean and wash the arbi thoroughly. Pour into the cooker with some water and a pinch of salt. Apply a whistle. Allow the pressure of the cooker to drain automatically. Peel the peel of arbi and cut it lengthwise. Whisk the curd well. Heat the oil in the pan and add celery. After 10 seconds, add red chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix. Add arbi to the pan and mix. Cook the arbi for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring constantly on low heat. Add half a cup of water and cook for five to seven minutes. Now pour the curd in the pan and cook it while stirring continuously. Add garam masala and coriander and mix and turn off the gas. Serve with parantha and salad.
