Ingredients for making Bengali Rasgulla
– Milk – 1 liter
– Sirka – 1/4 cup of water
– Cold water – 1 cup
-Corn floor – 1/4 tsp
-Chinese – 1 cup
-Rose water – 1 tsp
Method of preparation of Bengali Rasgulla
To make Bengali rasgulla, first boil milk in a pan. Now add one table spoon of water along with one table spoon vinegar to the milk. Keep repeating this process until the milk is split. Once the milk is burst, turn off the gas and immediately add cold water to it. Now add 1 and 1/2 cup water to the milk and leave it to settle well. Now separate the water from the milk and leave it for about 1 hour, so that all its water is released. Now pour the separated chena from the milk in a mixer jar with corn flour and make a paste.
Remove this paste in a plate and mash it well with the help of palms. Now apply a good flour to this mixture. Make small balls and divide the dough into equal portions. Now heat a pan and add sugar to it. Immediately add 6 cups of water to it. Cover and cook on medium heat until the sugar dissolves. When the Chashni starts boiling, add balls made of chena. Now cover these balls and let it cook for 10-15 minutes more in the Chashni. Turn off the gas after 10-15 minutes. After this, add rose water in rasgullas, keep them in the fridge to cool for 3-4 hours. Your rasgullas are ready.
