Ingredients for making Brinjal Bhaja –
Eggplant – 1
Salt – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder – ½ tbsp
Mustard Oil – For Frying
Easy method of making Brinjal Bhaja-
To make brinjal bhaja, first of all, cut the brinjal into a round shape and put salt in a bowl. Now mix turmeric and chilli powder in it so that all the pieces of brinjal are well infused. Now heat mustard oil in a pan to fry the brinjals. When the oil is well heated, add brinjal pieces to it. When the eggplants are fried from one side, change the sides and fry the brinjals from the other side also so that the brinjals are cooked from both the sides. When the eggplants are fried, remove them from the pan and serve.
