material :
Cumin seeds – 2 tablespoons

Boiled Potatoes – 4

Green chili – 1

Lemon – 1

Chaat Masala – 1 teaspoon

Spinach – 2 cups

Peas – 1 cup

Whole coriander – 2 tablespoons

Salt – as per taste

Ginger – 1 piece

Garlic – 2 buds

Coriander leaves – 5 teaspoon

Mint-5 teaspoon

Cornflour – 4 tablespoons

Bread Crumbs – 4 tsp

Oil – As required

Method :
Boil adding salt to the water and add washed spinach and peas. After some time take them out with hot water and keep them in cold water for some time. Dry roast cumin and coriander and prepare powder. In a blender, add peeled potatoes, salt, dried spices, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, mint, chilli, lemon juice, turmeric powder, chaat masala, peas and spinach. Make a fine paste. Now pour the grounded ingredients into the bowl. Add salt, cornflour and bread crumbs and mix well. Make small kebabs and fry these kebabs lightly in the pan with the help of oil. Serve hot with green chutney.
