Here’s how it’s done:
- Peel and finely dice the shallot. Mix together with cream cheese, curd and butter in a bowl. Stir in paprika powder and salt and put aside.
- Cut the hand cheese into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Mix both together with apple vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Wash the herbs, pluck off the tips and leaves, chop finely and add. Quarter the olives lengthwise.
