10. Kruger National Park
With an area of approximately 20,000 square kilometers, the Kruger National Park is one of the largest wildlife reserves in Africa. It is named after Paul Kruger, a former president of the South African Republic of the Transvaal.
It is home to 147 species of mammals, including the big five (lion, rhinoceros, leopard, buffalo and elephant). In addition, over 450 species of birds are also found at the site. And concerning the flora, it is home to 1,982 species of plants and 336 species of trees, including Baobab, Jackalberry and Mopane.
