Summery farmer’s salad for your barbecue
This farmer salad should not be missing on any summer buffet! With lots of fresh vegetables and feta, this recipe shows that salad is anything but boring!
Here’s how it’s done:
- Wash the cucumber, quarter it lengthwise and cut into thick pieces. Wash and quarter the tomatoes, peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Wash and clean the peppers and cut them into pieces. Put everything in a large bowl.
- Rinse parsley cold, shake dry, chop finely and mix a vinaigrette with oil and lemon, season with salt and pepper. Add the sauce to the salad and mix everything well. Cut the feta into pieces and carefully fold in.
