Our aromatic lamb ball skewers come with a fresh mint yoghurt dip and are perfect for your low-carb menu. Just try it out!
And this is how it’s done
- Season the minced lamb with salt and pepper and form small balls. Wash the zucchini and aubergine and cut into thick slices. For the marinade, mix olive oil with cumin and paprika powder.
- For the dip, rinse mint cold, shake dry and cut the leaves into fine strips. Mix with natural yoghurt, pomegranate seeds and lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Put meatballs, zucchini, aubergine and sage leaves alternately on skewers, brush all around with the marinade. Fry the skewers in a hot pan for 8-10 minutes, season. Serve with the dip.
