Amritsari Aloo Kulcha Recipe: Aloo Kulcha is a very tasty recipe that is eaten from children to elders with great fervor. Potato Kulcha is usually made in tandoor. But if you do not have oven, you can make it very easily on the pan as well. So let’s know how to make a tasty potato kulcha like a market at home.

Ingredients for Potato Kulcha –
-1 cup flour
-1 cup all purpose flour
– 1/2 cup curd
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon fennel
As per need
-4 boiled potatoes
-1 chopped onion
-2 finely chopped green chilies
-1 inch piece of ginger
-6 cloves garlic
Oil and salt as required

How to make Potato Kulcha –
To make potato kulcha, firstly knead the dough and mix all the powdered ingredients together and make a wet dough. Use more curd to make this dough. After this, make potato spice by keeping this dough aside for 30 minutes. Make potato masala just like the spices of potato paratha. Now keep this spice to cool down. Till then knead the doe one more time so that it becomes smooth. Now roll the dough like kulcha filling it with spices like potato paratha. After that, paste it on the pan and roast it. Once the kulcha is cooked, serve it hot by applying butter in it.
